I'm sure it happens, but I live in an area with a lot of religious people, and I'd guess a significant portion of couples have only been with each other. I've never seen the "I didn't get to experience life and its your fault" that people talk about play out. Maybe it comes down to why people were virgins in the first place? I don't know, I just haven't seen it myself.
