You really just need 1 energy drink a day if you drink them. Or just replace them with coffee.

I hope you're not really 54 years old. I had people in their 20's coming into the Emergency Room where I use to work with tachycardia and "angina" due to energy drinks.

That chit is poison.

Its the adhd meds too.
At the end of the day its a chit ton of stims. Most people have over the top medication for their adhd.
You would probably be fine with 10mg.

Its true to an extent but trust me bro, they overshoot it. I havent seen a ADHD patient with a fair dosage.

Its easy to think life is great when youre on speed.
When the dose is correct you dont get a overwhelming urge to clean your house, or talk to people. Or have superhuman focus.
Its normal to be a bit ouf of it especially now with short attention span & social media bullcrap.

For adhd, nobody needs a 54mg concerta. Its a solid dosage of speed right there.
Yet most people who go to the doctor saying they cant really focus get it instantly.
