Luxury homes all across SoCal are taking huge hits due to:
1. Insurance companies no longer offering coverage for these homes. All it takes is one natural disaster like wildfires, earthquakes or a flood and these insurance companies would go bankrupt on the payouts
2. LA county's mansion tax. Celebs and the ultra rich are desperately trying to unload these money pits.
3. The homeless epidemic - there are homeless people literally sleeping outside the gates of these rich gated communities.
4. High property taxes

Everything I post is satire.

I seen this very house in the news and the engineers claimed it was in no immediate danger lol .
The neighbour to his right looks like he was asking for a problem . Would be pretty sweet being up over the edge like that on the deck for the view , but I’d be worried the house would slide off the edge of the cliff one night while I’m asleep

Certainly they aren't allowed to live in there without some kind of inspection of the land or building itself?
I mean seriously I wouldn't either way. If you can afford that property you can afford to stay somewhere else and most likely have other properties.
That is crazy lmao imagine the sound and vibrations they must have felt if they were in there when it happened

Guy living next to him is a potato too. That house is going to slide right off that cliff within ten years.

All 3 of the homes on that cliff have been up for sale in the past few years (not sure if all sold). I bet the owners suspected they didn't have long before this happened. I was in the water surfing a few hundred yards away when this cliff went in La Jolla went a few years ago:
All the cliff homes in SoCal are in danger.
