Saw that smug Hunt of a chancellor on television this morning smiling in their fake way where they show how much they love lying to people, saying how well the economy is doing-right after this got announced. Tory pricks honestly think they can say the sky is purple & people will believe it-the polls show most don't.

The US is jewry central. They'll push usury on the masses until it completely collapses. Until people can't pay min payments on their credit cards anymore everything will remain.

US companies cannot fail on their own. They just get bailed out or the fed prints more money. They've already convinced the population that inflation is back to normal.

Why don't they just change the definition of a recession?

By what metric? We can move the goal posts indefinitely.

Sad thing is that it doesn't have to be this way. Elites are used to making money a certain way and don't give a damn about actually producing value, they only farm it. That is why trickle down economics cannot work; it falsely asserts that businessmen create the product. An obviously inane assertion when plainly stated.

The US isn't against having a recession, it's actually much preferred for a variety of reasons. However, they need to keep interest rates higher to reset the markets for thet first time since 2008ish.

They just don't want markets to crash too early, as it won't allow them to accomplish the things that need to happen. That's the reason for this long drawn out process since like 2022

Deficit spending is the only thing keeping the US out of an official recession, government hiring and part time hiring is also contributing and masking true unemployment and underemployment

Yes, of course. This is obvious and I think anybody in private would tell you this.

However, this process still has a couple years left and they need asset values to drop a lot more. If markets crashed now and forced the Feds to cut rates, it wouldn't solve the problem.

I remember reading how crazy high energy prices had become in the UK due to green policies. That and to much government spending leading to high inflation.

What "needs to happen?" according to elites? I'll tell you, they just want more money. They are not acting responsible with the economy....at all. The responsible action in covid was no QE at all..NONE. Instead they doubled down until cost of living doubled. What's the point of that for the general public? It's only to take their money....that is all the fed exists to do. It does not exist to harbor generational wealth for the majority, that keeps people from working indefinitely for fed beneficiaries.

Please be more specific in the markers you mention, as I bet they just point right back at shifting wealth back up.
