WTF is seth rollin's gimmick supposed to be?

I just started watching again since the rock is back


what's the deal with seth? he kind of act's like a poverty joker but then all of a sudden wants to be all serious


plus it seems like he wears all this ridiculous clothing just because

he's a fashion mogul but doesn't act like a fashion mogul?


and what's so freakin about him? just seems like a weirdo that tries everything to see if it'll stick
