Xbox has multiple exclusives coming out this year. How is that something to laugh about?

Just a week ago Sony ponies were begging for all Xbox games to release on PlayStation because they have zero games coming...

Funny how after that falls through the ponies are back to saying xbox games are actually bad.

The future is Xbox exclusives like Halo and Forza and PC. I play the same 5 games because nothing else ever comes out.

I legit need like 2 full years of zero new releases just to catch up with my backlog.

Like how much of a no lifer do you got to be that you've played all the good games that there are to play and can't find anything else?

Like seriously. Even if there were no new games in the next year, I wouldnt have any trouble finding something good to play.

I get what you're saying, I really do but that doesn't mean we should accept mediocrity. There are many gamers who have the time to play all the latest games and just releasing 1 first party game in 2 years can't cut it. Even if I also have a backlog I still think Sony should be releasing 2 or even 3 big titles per year to keep the system fresh and engagement high. I also strongly believe this could have been done if they didn't spend the past 4 years focusing heavily on GAAS/ports/remasters only to scrap a bunch of projects. That could have easily been 4 or 5 single player releases to spread over the two years.

Yeah. On the bright side, gives me enough time to finish my backlog even from a decade+ ago! And yes, impossible to not find anything else from the past, unless you're a no-lifer and played all the games you wanna play.

Switch 2 was about the only gaming thing this year that I was looking forward to. Nintendo has been stuck on the same gen for 12 years.
