Recommend me some good documentaries

Either something educational or inspirational. When I'm bored I'd rather watch something somewhat beneficial instead of fake bullchit.
I enjoy chit about math/physics/general relativity, health/nutrition/exercise, history/war or football/bodybuilding.
I loved the first generation iron, the ronnie coleman one, and chit about mike vick. shows commitment or redemption, gives me hope to workout and try in life

Depends on what topic you wanna watch, just search on YouTube and you will nearly find a documentary or a mini-documentary on everything...but if I was to recommend you...search the 'Free Documentary' or 'Free Doc Bites' channels...
