What happens if a GoFundMe is found to have violated the TOS?

Like suppose someone starts a GoFundMe and it’s in breach of some obscure rule buried in the TOS

But people have already started donating

Do they:
-terminate the fundraiser once they’ve decided it’s in breach?
-let it run its course and then not hand over the money at the end?
-what happens to the money, do they have a mechanism to give it back to the people that donated or do they keep it?

Doesn’t seem to be any publicly available info on this that’s easy to find

The FAQ’s only deal with the scenario of the fundraiser terminating, or the fundraiser not reaching its goal
