Effects of depression are very prevalent
- don’t get excited about things like I used to
- don’t get as depressed about things either, it’s like I no longer go through emotional high and lows
- fat now, I constantly eat junk and couldn’t care less
- I don’t lift anymore
- I need to wind myself back up but that internal motivation is definitely gone
- I don’t think about her anymore but when I do it’s more sad
- strangely enough I watch a lot of animal videos
- smoked crack a couple times (former addict) and I didn’t get as high as I used to…brain’s sensitivity to anything and everything just seems weak…


Edit: also did molly once, and once again, I felt like it didn’t quite hit the same. I really think that on a neurochemical level my brain lost its ability to like feel the same spectrum of emotions

I never had a pet with a long life, I only had hamsters as pets and I was still pretty despaired when they died. I cant imagine a pet who lived with you for more than 10% of your lifetime, must be like losing a brother, deeply sorry op

13 months here. It gets easier. I haven’t taken in a new one yet, might not ever.
