Quitting social media boosts self esteem

I quit social media to go away from the woke world where people think their opinion really matters, I am away from Instagram and Youtube and it has made me focus on myself rather than taking other's people lives into account.

Misc what are you thoughts? Is it placebo?

I dont use it.
Tried it for a short period, maybe ten years after it kicked off.
Decided pretty quickly that it was horse schytt that only rewards pieces of garbage and women.
