If you think that's bad you should see a lot of the "green energy" projects that are being built now. Projects that make absolutely no engineering sense, but the subsidies are so big they're profitable anyway, at least in the near term.

A LOT of times, what China does, is build something, KNOWING the African country is unable to pay them back in full, so they become indentured to China for life.



Its like me selling a reddit cuck a sofa. When they cannot pay me back, I charge them $50 for the rest of their lives, and I get to own part of their apartment.
