Here is some honesty.
I absolutely fuking hate getting old. Mainly because my brain has me convinced I'm still in my 20's but my body is saying Hell No!

With that said, I look at all the people I know who are my age and I feel like I have hit the lottery. Everyone is fat, balding, greying, and look like they have flat given up.

I'll go with Fine Wine op.

I don't know about fine wine. Maybe a decent vintage. When you pull a muscle in your back while sleeping its a reality check.

Fortunately my bank account is aging like fine wine.

Pic in avi was on my 40th birthday. Turn 46 pretty soon and still look the same but with a bit less muscle mass. Hair and beard are salt and pepper (beard more than head) but so far haven't started loosing any hair.

I am completely gray at 45, but I got a full head of hair. As my dad says, "better to turn gray than to turn loose".

I think I'm doing alright for my age. I stay fit, never had any work done, no meds needed, no aches, pains or any of those issues yet.

To be honest I feel good for my age.

I have aged quite a lot in the last 10 years...I am 35, but I look and feel like 40...although my body looks young, but when you see my appearence you would get an idea I am kind of old...this is all coz of excessive drinking and smoking in the last 15 years...

I am 38 but look a bit younger. Were I not balding I could probably pass for late 20s still.

I'd think so.

Physically - best shape of my life, full head of hair, nice beard

Emotionally/mentally/socially on point as well

Thank you all for your participation. However, most of you don't seem to grasp the concept of wine aging.
Wine matures and develops richer qualities with age, rather than simply retaining youthful attributes.
