Was studying colours in artworks etc. and their meanings.
It entered conversation with someone at work once.
Some homo of course tried to say purple means ghey. Period.
Completely ignored his input and told him "No."
Purple is a royal and/or priestly colour.

Biblical taunting. Kids like rainbows. The long game could be to tarnish it like what was done with the black sun.

Isn't it even weirder that an all knowing entity didn't see that whole corruption of mankind thing happening?
IDK whether I believe, or what I believe in, but I do know the God of the Bible isn't making a lot of sense.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

To me it seems more like it’s explaining the natural consequences that occur as a result to certain negative behaviors.
Cain murdering Abel discussed multiple issues. Abel’s livelihood of shepherding graced him with offerings that were well received and blessed by the lord. Some people get it good.
Cain’s tilling of the soil which was fruitful bore offerings that were not appreciated. Some people never get appreciated in life.
Because of this Cain murdered Abel. A consequence was the ground no longer yielded fruit to his efforts. If you strike down and commit sin out of jealousy, you will find yourself in an even worse position in life with your previous unsatisfactory work being even less fruitful.
It also specifically goes into not ganging up and continuing to persecute pariahs who are already facing the consequences from their actions when it’s commanded not to kill Cain or face vengeance.
Noah’s flood was about wickedness propagating and fixing the cursed earth while showing forgiveness and saving one who had avoided the wickedness
Either way taking it as literally happening is fairly silly. Everyone lived for 900 years back then apparently. I’m also sus on the circumcision covenant. It’s an old book.

I expect it to be muddied. And also parables are frequently used in the New Testament. The Old Testament I view as entirely allegorical.
