John Cena may have damaged his image and acting career by supporting Vince McMahon
As we know this is the era of cancel culture and yet John Cena chose to call Vince McMahon his closest friend and will be that way no matter what, herse what he said
"“I don’t think it’s complicated to talk about. It’s complicated to listen to. That’s why I don’t necessarily put a lot of time and equity into it. There’s still a long way to go. I can say this, I’m a big advocate of love and friendship and honesty, and communication, in the same breath, I’m also a big advocate of accountability. If someone’s behavior lies so far outside of your value system that the balance shifts of, ‘I can’t operate in a world where this works.’ That’s the end result of being accountable. Right now, I’m gonna love the person I love, be their friend. ‘I love you, you have a hill to climb.’ There is the saying of, ‘You don’t know who your friends are until **** hits the fan or your back is against the wall.’ That doesn’t make any of what’s going on any easier to swallow. Just telling someone you love them, it’s a hill to climb, and we’ll see what happens.’ That’s that. It sounds so cliche, but it has to be one day at a time. I’ve openly said, I love the guy, I have a great relationship with the guy, and that’s that. It’s largely my construct of operating with honesty and communication. Those are strong leads to handling any problem or achievement. The whole thing is super unfortunate and it sucks. It deals with an individual I love and an entity I love. I want everyone to have the experience that I have,” said Cena. “Not only do I tell a friend that I love them, but I switch to the entity and say, ‘How can I help?'”

Randy Orton also commented the same day today yet his response was miles better and did not show open support for Vince like Cena did and said things are better under Triple H and Nick Khan:
“So much happened while I was out,” said Orton. “When I left, the old guard was still doing its thing. Vince was still around. TV’s were getting rewritten over and over again. The writers were being held up until all hours in the morning. And all that changed.
I am excited to work for WWE. Nick Khan is amazing. Triple H being in charge of creative is amazing. I’ve had a relationship with him for over 20 years. I went to his wedding back in ‘03. We’ve been at odds before when I was a f--- up when I was young, and I won him back. He’s seen me go from an adolescent assh--- prick who didn’t know what I was doing–I was an insecure punk, that’s what I was. I’m the oldest sibling in my family, but he’s like an older brother to me in many ways. He’s always been there and had the best of advice.”

Well Cena should have known the climate better who knows what happens, personally I despise Vince for action (I started despising him since he started treating good ol Jim Ross badly, mocking his facial problem and these allegatins are disgusting). I thought Cena would know better, Vince may be the guy that pushed him to the top but after these allegations he should have at least condemned Vince's actions!

I'm surprised Cena was so honest about it. He isn't stupid, he knows what kind of reaction these comments will bring from holier than thou cancel culture.
Makes me wonder if he knows a lot more about the case than what's public. The other shoe hasn't dropped yet in terms of what Vince will be saying to defend himself.

How about we reserve judgement until they release the full text messages including the sloot's responses...

Those AEW fans are the absolute worst and will definitely attack Cena for not unequivocally condemning Vince.

I remember how upset these people would be that nobody cares as much as they do that Stone Cold was abusive to Debra, like they just can't stand everyone loves someone who's not perfect.
