I’ve done so much work it pretty much dissipates very quickly on its own. Plus I have a great physical outlet.

Takes a lot to get me enraged but if I get to that point it’s probably for a very good reason and I will act accordingly (being attacked, dangerous situation, done wrong etc)

Sit down and take time to work on it and develop all areas of emotional regulation WHEN YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCING IT.

We don’t work on our chit because we don’t want to be “negative” if there isn’t a reason but this is what I recommend.

Figure out ways to develop emotional regulation (I can help in this area) and then sit down, and work on it. There are a million different ways you can do it but I suggest it needs to be deliberate, and you have to actually take time to work on it and it should be done head on. It should absolutely be a painful process because the source of your anger is fear, and jealousy, and pain, insecurities, and suffering. I suggest to do it right it has to hurt. You have to accept some hard truths about yourself that you have been in denial about.

Having conversations like this absolutely counts. Keep asking questions like that.

People don’t like talking about their feelings so not everyone will contribute in a productive way, and you may appreciate what other people have to say. For example I would recommend professional help, but I would do it a certain way. You may not want anything to do with therapy.

What I can tell you is my tool box is full, and if you want me to throw spaghetti at the wall in the hopes one or two words I say helps, just give me a green light and I will start typing.

Don’t want to annoy anyone with the words if they are not wanted. Just like and subscribe to find out more.

I have learned in my experience, when I make emotional regulation and development a daily part of my life, the insanity caused by the disconnect between my emotional brain and rational brain disappear. At first it was difficult, like a chore I had to (and sometimes still do) remind myself of the important things. Now it is a part of who I am. Because I intentionally developed the skills, I am saying you can do the same. It is possible. I have done it and am continuing to.

I do believe I have some perspective that could help. If you would like to hear it.

If you want to get a head start, I would suggest an important lesson is that literally nothing is personal. In order to understand that, you have to understand yourself.

So I would start there.

Define “I”. Who/what are you?

I’m thorough.

I been working on emotional regulation. Almost all of it boils down to the central nervous system. Emotions are just biological processes that have no inherent meaning or value.

Aslong as you can keep yourself out of fight or flight, and inside a parasympathetic mode, then you're good to go. Chit got alot easier for me when I just focused on the biology of it

The more life experience and bad things that happened the less angry I became

Rare I get actually mad at anything, but usually shrug and say 'fck'; getting all pissed off is usually just a waste of time. Seen people have it way worse than me, life gives good reality checks sometimes. Also drink and chain smoke.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

I can't remember the last time I raged. Pretty even keel. If I'm kinda pissed lifting heavy weights always brings me back to normal.

Back when I was a raging alcoholic I'd go to bars looking for fights. Wouldn't recommend.
