I raise and process my own meat chickens and would never eat them raw. The risk of salmonella contamination is too high.

scroll through his videos. Eating raw chicken is pretty gross but dude drinks the juice out of the bag on some of them.

You know salmonella has actually been bred out of chicken populations almost completely in the Netherlands and Japan due to increased hygienic standards? Pretty wild. The dude in the OP has challenged a lot of my beliefs in cooked foods. He’s a pretty decent watch and has a lot of good book recommendations.

this, saw on his youtube he made it to day 3 or 4 and then didnt post for a week so figured he got a tummy ache, guess insta is easier for him to keep updated

the most research i have done that there may be some arguments made for better absorption with cooked food. But i only spent 035 seconds
