I’ve noticed that the really big guys in the gym are always mad as fuk

Most massive guys who look serious about lifting have this super serious look like they are in war or something.

Head phones in, super focused, walking around with lats flared out, stone cold look like they don't want to be bothered and if you bother them they will fight you.

LOL it's like bud you are going to the gym relax.... You'd think these guys were lifting to save their lives.

I bet a lot of you guys are like this lmao hahah fuking embarrassing srs

I may go up to one of these meatheads and ask them what's wrong.

They are trying to get bigger than their demons. I do that chit too. I’m not huge (225 @ 6’1) but decent sized and I bottle up all of my stress and anger and release it at the gym. Had a rough day yesterday, hit a squat pr today.
