Cardarine

Any of you geeks ever run this?

Running test/deca atm, 6 weeks in. Topped up my supplies & also ordered some Cardarine along with it. Intend to run it for 6 weeks or so at 20mg/day. Supposed to be decent for cardio/muscle endurance from what I read.

it's amazing for performance, but there was some mouse study in which all the rats got cancer from it albeit running cardarine their entire 3 year rat lifespan at a very high dosage. I used it for a couple months a few years ago and had cardio while being very cut/lean, but quit using it because the cancer study made me very uncomfortable. I was using mk677 and cardarine, and considered that using growth hormone (creates potential for cancerous growth) while using cardarine (likely carcinogen) isn't clinically studied, and i didn't want to be the actual lab rat to figure out if i get cancer or not.

That combo was potent. Had more endurance for sure taking it.

Why run a carcinogen?

Just eat less to cut.

Because from what I understand the effects are massively overblown, akin to a human running something silly like 100mg per day for 6 months straight, in animals that are naturally prone to getting cancer anyway. Test is a carcinogen in the same respect. I only intend to run 20mg per day for 6-8 weeks.

My diet is fairly on point, so I don't need to eat less. Currently only eating twice per day at 12, then 6. Meals are beef/chicken/eggs/diary. Like every other AAS user on the planet I want to speed things up.

I've never taken it, but have read up on it. Apparently, all those studies were done with super high dosages, way above the recommended dosage protocol. However, I don't blame you for not wanting to take some experimental compound made in a bathtub filled with metals and other sh!t. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Just take var, a compound that is actually backed by real science and has decades of research. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

I tried it a bit once. It didn't seem to make much difference for me.

I take a little Kratom, for working out, and it gives me this same effect.

I've used var a few times in the past. It's good and all but for decent results you're running 100mg per day, and it's not really what I'm looking for. I want to see the cardio and endurance gains associated with Cardarine. Apparently it also upregulates fat use for energy, which assists in the cut aspect of things, but I'm mainly interested in the cardio aspect..

What dose did you run and for how long?

Cardarine was great for running longer distances. Went from running struggling 5-6 miles to running 9-10 miles without a lot of effort over the course of three months. I used 10mg/day for 12 weeks. I didn't notice any difference in fat burning that didn't directly correlate with the amount of additional miles I was putting down.
A pretty good review, analysis, and commentary on cardarine and what you can expect v

Quicker recovery between sets. If doing a HIIT workout you can get more reps in for sure with Cardarine.

Hi, I haven't run that exact combo, but Cardarine does get some buzz for endurance. Remember, personal reactions can vary.
