Living without being in the lease

-high rise
-cameras
-security in in front

My friend has extra rooms that haven’t been rented out by the company in his apt and he said I can just stay with him.

What if he gets evicted? Will they go after me as well cuz I haven’t signed anything.

Regular house and street apts prolly not a problem but I’m not sure how a high rise works

Will they warn first?
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

if you arent on the documented lease then yeah, if the company finds out, they have legal rights to evict the tenant on paper.
