Nothing new

Using npc shampoo trips natural oils from hair, in turn damaging it over time, and because most retard men wash with shampoo they’re nuking there ****

However going no shampoo is not optimal and washing at least once a week with natural shampoo for specific hair type is best

Also, just going no shampoo won’t regrow your temples and there’s little evidence it will regrow on crown either, all it does is slow the speed ur hair falls out

If you want to regrow temples and hair on head you need min/fin combo oral at least 5mg of min 1mg of fin

Derma roll ur temples and within 6-18 months depending how you react you can regrow some hair to an extent

Also dependant on test, dht levels etc

Biotin, oral castor oil, rosemary oil mask also have shown some promise to add into routine

If all else fails and you have Norwood 3+ just get transplant or go bald

I've been microdosing 0.25mg fin topically with min 1x a day and have dermatologist verified regrowth and still have morning wood (deadfkinsrs). You don't need that much fin. Even 0.1mg nukes DHT

If I recall, there has been a class action lawsuit against Suave/Tresseme/Pantene and a few other shampoo brands because of the Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (the ingredient that makes it "sudsy") in their shampoo because it was causing hair loss in women, so if you're a guy using these products its probably worse.

I can't do "no soap" because I actually get dirty so I do need to wash dead skincells and dirt out of my hair, but i'm certainly entertaining making my own soap.

and if you smell your own body odor a little bit. its very VERY strong to everyone around you.

Just something to think about. People are probably trying to be nice by not saying anything.

Pinning test, a couple of months ago ran it with anavar, no impact on hair at all

Next blast will be test/deca with a dbol spike at the start - not expecting any more hair loss

You're probably losing it everywhere else tho. Them follicles being clogged with oil can't be good.

Pro tip : want to make your hair look really good ? Stop washing it everyday and only wash once every 3 days or so and leave the conditioner in for like 10 mins

Making your own soap is not super difficult. I did a chit ton of research, and now make my own shave soap. There's actually a miscer who has a shave soap company heh. I have made bar soap as well but not a big fan. Literally all you need you can find at Walmart-any fat (lard, oil, etc) and lye (sodium hydroxide). If you try anything, avoid recipes that use a ton of olive oil, they take forever to cure and can be slimy. If you don't wanna make you're own you can check labels to get real soap, usually ingredients of real soap are something like Sodium Tallowate, Sodium Cocoate, sodium palmate, the simpler the better.

Example of a real soap-Ivory original:

Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water, Glycerin, Palm Kernel Acid, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance, Tetrasodium EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Titanium Dioxide

First 2 ingredients are saponified fats. Next 5 ingredients are obvious and fine. Second two are preservatives to prevent rancidity. Last ingredient is to get the bright white. Probably best commercial soap I can think of off the top of my head. There might be better but you'd probably end up paying 2-5x the price.
