Appearance 7.5/10. Could be delicious though. Would be better as Detroit Style as opposed to Sicilian.

Interesting fact, pizza never had a crispy crust until recently.

We never heard of it when I was a kid. It was always like costco pizza consistency pretty much. Before you start in, i wasnt raised in new york so I am not qualified to eat real pizza but whatever. I am just talking about the pizza place down the street of any pizza hut or the like.

I didnt have anything close to a crispy crust until i was in my 30's and it was that this crust cracker type stuff.

Unless it’s cooked in a cast iron, I don’t prefer the Detroit or Chicago style deep dish pizzas.

I'm a fan. I'd maybe get a little bacon or chicken on it out of preference, but very aesthetic. 7.25/10, flavor can pull it back to 6 or push it up to 9.
