This is true for me as well. If I go to bed at 9 and wake up at 6 I feel way more rested than if I go to bed at 11 and wake up at 8.

Same amount of hours but it feels completely different.

I have tried that method few times in my life in order to change my life and be more productive. But it doesn't work out really. After a few days I start feeling bored and usually by late afternoon I am very tired. Late nights are more fun.

Next thing you know, starting your own dairy farm will sound like a good idea.

It hasn't happen to be yet, but I do go to bed early and I'm up early also.

I agree. I really need to get back on a good sleep schedule. I go back to work on Thursday after 3 weeks off for knee surgery. I need to try to be in bed ready to sleep by 10. Most work nights prior to my time off it was 10:30-11. That works when I'm working from home but office days I have to get up an hour or more earlier. I know it would be best if I get on a schedule where every night I go to bed at same time rather than changing it depending on home or office days.
