Missing muscle strands in one bicep
Anyone experience this or know what it is? I've had some pain in my bicep for around a year, but able to work through it easily. Now recently I've noticed when I flex and move my left arm in certain lighting, there's a few little strands missing, almost looks like a shadowy dark line running vertically thru my entire bicep.
For some reason I trust you guys more than family dr's who don't lift, all they're gonna do is tell me not to lift for a month, then come back if it still hurts...
