CIA has been training Ukrainians for a decade, provoking the war
"The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) maintains 12 bases in secret locations in Ukrainian territory along the border with Russia, and last Thursday the agency's director, William Burns, visited Ukraine for the tenth time since the conflict began underway in Eastern Europe. This is what the "New York Times" newspaper claimed on the basis of "200 interviews with officials and former officials in Ukraine, the United States and Europe". According to the newspaper, the CIA's operations in Ukraine date back to the end of February 2014
According to the "New York Times", around 2016 theCIA began training a special unit of the Ukrainian forces known as "Unit 2245", tasked with operating across the border and taking possession of Russian drones and military communication systemsto deliver to CIA technicians for decryption activities."

Kind of a big deal. Train the Uke military forces to go into Russia to steal drones and military comms. I'm not pro Russia but that's pretty strong provocation, as was the US inviting Ukraine to be part of NATO. Given the NYT is willing to report these activities, lawd only knows what else the CIA has been doing at its dozen spy bases in Ukraine for the last decade.

As I have said many times before, America clearly wanted Russia to invade Ukraine and America clearly wants to prolong this losing battle because America's goal is not protecting Ukraine.
America is sacrificing Ukrainians for political ends and is paying Russia in Ukrainian land as an apology for the "trouble".
America does not care about Ukrainian citizens, ME citizens or even American citizens.
This is why Putin wants Biden to win.

Provoking the war? 2014 Russia already took over control of Crimea, so 2 years after this Ukraine asks for assistance in training their military to help defend themselves in case of Russian aggression.
Ukraine never invaded Russia, Russia did invade Ukraine. Russia was going to invade regardless of the US, only difference is instead of Russia winning quickly, they are now bogged down.
It's also worth noting that Russia has also trained and armed many of USA's enemies in every past conflict as well, so we aren't doing anything new to them that they haven't done to us as well.
And before someone says "You wouldn't like it if Russia was arming and influencing Mexico or Canada..." well no ****, but that's why we form strong diplomatic ties with our neighboring countries so that they wont work with Russia. Russia on the other hand apparently sucks at diplomacy, hence all the Baltic states are wanting to side with the west over Russia.
Before this war, many countries in Europe were actually forming stronger business connections with Russia. They could have kept things peaceful and increased their sphere of influence peacefully. Most of Europe was already hating on the US with Trump bashing Germany and NATO and others (even though Trump ended up being right). But Russia chose this path instead and it's all on them. The war isn't the USA's doing.

Bringing Russia into the fold like we have with former enemies like Japan, Germany, South Korea was possible in the 90s, but from hearing the old guard politicians on the matter they weren't open to it, had grudges they wouldn't let go. Plus permanent Washington always needs a spooky adversary. I hear you on the increasing business ties between Russia and Europe. I understand Russia could have done things peacefully, and I also understand the US was not happy with especially Russia and Germany increasing economic ties. I've heard theories about Putin's motivations of invading Ukraine, but it all comes off as guesswork.
The real retard, neoconservative line is "Putin wants to reunite the USSR." Anyone who buys that probably can't tie their own shoes. Anyway, there's a lot we don't know. Like we didn't know a week ago about these CIA bases. It's highly unlikely we'll ever get enough truth for things to make sense. I just wish the US would piss off, stop funding death. Ukrainians can't win. Hell, just 1 in 10 Europeans think they can. Get a peace treaty signed and get it over with. But that's not going to happen until the US has accomplished enough of its own geopolitical aims, like enriching the MIC and natural gas companies, other things we aren't privy to.

Wrong.
What happened was the CIA teamed with zE jEWzZ, funded by George Soros, and injected Russians with Novichok 2.0 which put them in the state of a constant hallucination and delusion that someone is trying to provoke them. Russians always think that someone is out to get get them, like a bunch of schizophrenic idiots that they are, when in reality they are the ones who keep invading other countries. But it's all CIA's fault..... and ze jOOOZZZzz
If you don't believe my story then you're a fuking retard.

Gotta have a war if you want to keep the money train rolling. Need to justify that trillion dollar defense budget somehow.
It's just so laughable when they are throwing around billions of dollars with zero accountability of where that money actually goes.

I just think some people in here give the US too much credit for starting this war. Russia is not some podunk tiny country the US can push around. Russia is a power player and they control their own destiny. And they decided they want additional territory and resources. This war is on them.
