1. Bills old already. And he's done alot for the country. Whats the point of locking him up now, especially when the evidence is very weak. It would not be a good look for the country at all.

2. Hawaii is a more survivable event. People can pick up whatever things they have and move and then come back and rebuild. Ukraine losing land is finna be forever, and the "enemy" will become stronger.
