I never frequent the gym very often, but yesterday, i went and worked out at a local YMCA with a friend. Even though I work out, I'm don't have a lot of mass on me. Everytime i go into this YMCA, i see some big fat guys who clearly do have mass but have bf past 16%. Their arms are siding towards 17+ inches, but i see them curling like 80's and benching 135's. THen, they start walking around and staring at people, trying to intimidate every1 smaller than them. They come to me, with a "who's this skinny little fck" look, and sit there and smile as i'm trying to finish my sets. Then they continue walking along in their big group, smiling and acting cocky towards all the other gym members, especially the teenagers.



I'm wondering if most gyms are like this, because it really prevents me from wanting to go to gyms. I find it really hard to concentrate and put in effort into my sets. Im really hoping that its only this one gym that has this problem.

I hate the scrawny ass twinks, that hog the equipment, and won't put the dumbells back, or clean up after themselves.
