Starting WEIGHT: 184
Gonna be sub 170


2 burger patties= 26 grams of protein
protein shake=25 grams
3 slices of cheese= 12 grams
2 eggs= 12 grams

Some lettuce, onions, and tomatoes so I can **** lol
