No one is important enough to ruin your life. Get rid of em immediately.

Everyone is retarded. Disregard em.

The path to purity is through hate, you must hate those you know and those you don't, and most importantly you must hate yourself.

have no tips, but stoicism is a beautiful philosophy. Quite honestly, there are many people who are natural intuitive stoics. My wife is the one for example. I just learn from her.

the main things I do are:
-listen to The Daily Stoic on audiobook everyday and also have audiobooks of Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius and Seneca that I listen thru repeatedly to feed stoic ideas to my mind
-as I’m going thru my day remind myself to think about things that come up in a stoic way. example: if I’m in a slow checkout line or stuck at a red light remind myself no need to get mad, won’t help anything and I can’t control this and it is a chance to practice being patient. I try to think of problems that come up as being like a workout for my mind, so it’s just getting some mental reps
