Hands down when in your 20’s is best. You can’t fuk in your 30’s like you could in your 20’s. It’s better to get sex out if your system early for other reasons as well. Your 30’s should be spent financial maxing while your married to a homely 8+/10 girl you locked down when you were in your late 20’s. Maybe start having kids by 32-35.

20s for sex, 30 for celibacy.

Imagine going through all of your 20s wondering why you can't get laid or feeling inadequate and insecure, like a blackpilled inexperienced incel outcast. Not a good attitude to carry. Get your fill, then feel experienced and rely on memories, in your celibate 30s.
