7th street burger looks pretty solid.

Their fries are definitely a ripoff of In-N-Out Roadkill fries though. But whatever, still looks good.

I went to In-N-Out only once. I remember someone telling me I 'ordered the burger wrong' for asking for onions on it. I thought it was mediocre even next to Shake Shack, and 7th street burger slaps srs. You ever try it when you lived here?

Yeah and I had dumped them out of the carton so the browned patty goodness is underneath it and it doesn't look like there's enough sauce.

Yeah the In-N-Out fries kinda suck on their own. But animal style or Roadkill dresses them up pretty nice. I just meant that it had the same ingredients as Roadkill fries.

7th street is fairly new right? I'm pretty sure they didn't exist yet when I lived there.

That's why I took a photo of the ingredient list for the loaded fries. The sauce has quite a kick, but I still needed the Coke to cut through the richness man god dayum. Will have to do a long swim this weekend lol.

Yeah I think in 2020ish? 2021? I was speaking more to In-N-Out's burger. Had been hearing about it for over a decade so when I tried it the first time I was just kind of 'meh, Shake Shack mogs it'.

As you like potato, I'm going to give you something to make kimm.

Whisk 8 eggs
Dice and microwave 1 medium potato
Fry half an onion with either grated or diced chorizo and then add the microwaved potato.
Pour half the eggs in a pan.
As soon as they start to cook, put the potato/onion/chorizo mixture on top
Wait 30s then pour the rest of the eggs over it.
As soon as the top eggs start to cook and hold together, flip it over and cook a bit more.

You get a potato, onion and chorizo burger held together with egg, as opposed to a spanish omelette.

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

I at first didn't think the burger was on a potato bun and was going to rate it down for that (potato buns are the best for burgers), but now it apparently is.


Potato buns usually look a bit fluffier. I assume it's because they branded the sigil onto the bun that it's been a bit squished.

It depends how much chorizo you use. If you using a bit, then yeah, add garlic. If you are generous with the chorizo, you don't need to add it, but if you are a garlic fan, knock yourself out. I tend to use a lot of chorizo and grate it.

I have a very high tolerance for garlic, so my wife sets limits on how much I can use.

Re the food in the OP: it's not something I would personally eat. I don't think I have bought a burger and fries in the last 15 years.

I don't eat a lot of beef and will not go anywhere near that processed cheese. I occasionally make vension burgers, but that's as far as it goes.
