broscientists GTHIH [calories in vs calories out]

let's take a calorie intake for 1 week:

A: 1,000 kcal in excess every day

B: 6 days on target, 1 day with 7,000 kcal in excess

how does the outcome of both scenarios compare?

Option B involves chronic stomach pain and one full night of liquid chitting, followed by a morning of aggressively plunging the toilet with a "I LUV BB MISC" vest wrapped around your nose and the backed up, reeking, brown fluid probably splashing up everywhere.

I think a works better because each day you can have extra calories to repair, recover etc so would make more sense logically

But I think they did some studies and showed it all doesn’t matter and if it’s strict daily or u just consume it all in one day
