I’ve had pretty good interactions with them. Most recent was an order I made and got the Amazon bag sealed up and everything but nothing was in the bag, lol. She sent out a replacement next day. Other times I didn’t get my package and they’d just reship it, sometimes I’d still get the original shipment days after the replacement. I called them and that said just keep it, lol.
