Pron has probably fuked with relationships so much. I worry that it effects girls more than guys. Guys can watch something and not have that be their expectation, girls seem to always want what they see or they get dissatisfied.

Women initiate divorce like 3x more frequently then men


The conclusion that leads me to is expectations. Women's expectations are too high, otherwise if their expectations were met, they'd stop breaking up couples so often.

So what's giving women unrealistic expectations? Probably reality TV - which shows them fake reltaionships with model men and pretends to be real, maybe pron mixed in

I noticed overconsumption of pornography has lead to many young and older men alike to see women as objects before people, SRS. Not all, but many relationships are starting to be built off of physical intimacy instead of bonding/courting.

I think desexualizing ones mind can be beneficial in the long run (defocus sex).

there's a bit of a counterculture spearheaded by young men who are going to church and hanging out after church, or around church (not necessarily physically at the church).

I'm trying to get into this group, but most of the churches I've been to have a lot of older people and no one's around my age.

I'm also trying to avoid the churches where they're all liberal and gay.

Gotta keep trying.

I think being a chronic fapper can make a man less eager to pursue sexual escapades, reduce the desire of jumping through hoops necessary for a lay, or do things that would particularly appeal to their woman and make them coom.

On the flip side, I think being a fapper can make a man a little more desensitized and potentially last longer. It's just their sexual appetite is suppressed, because they've already satisfied themselves. This also might make it harder for them to get erect to begin with.

Also, just the other day I had the thought “why don’t I sexualise East Asian women?” or rather, “why don’t I sexualise them to nearly the same extent I do white women?”. It was an interesting thought because I DO find many East Asian women attractive, but it’s clear to me I don’t objectify them to the same degree I do white women.

I can’t be sure of the answers, but I cannot help but think that a steady pornographic diet consisting almost exclusively of white women might have had something to do with it. I’ve been off porn for years now but I watched it for long enough that it’s definitely left a mark, one I may never truly get rid of.

Anyway, food for thought.
