To libcucks who don’t understand:
9-0. The case is so obvious, if any liberal judges would dissent, it would obviously show their incompetence to judge based on law and reveal their bias way too much. You know Sotomayer and Jackson would love to take Trump off the ballot but libcucks brought them a case too stupid and weak to even dissent. Trump was never even tried against the 14th amendment so how is guilty of insurrection without any due process?
The only reason why this passed other lower courts was because those political hack judges was trying to get their name out to hopefully be nominated for the next open SCOTUS position when a Democrat president needs to nominate someone.
