I have a few theories.

#1 and most likely, attention. Black people ALWAYS want to be the center of attention, they can't do anything without letting other people know they are doing it. It's why they are so bad at being criminals.

#2 The louder they are the more they think they are 'winning'. They think the louder they are, and faster they talk and shutting down the other persons speech/voice makes them believe they have somehow 'won'. When faced w/ logic and reason, they tend to just get louder and repeat the same thing over and over, they try to drowned out any opposing view.

#3 They think it makes them seem more 'feared'. Like animals when they try to appear much larger than they are, or beat their chest, or make loud noises to try to intimidate. Could be genetic.
