Rate Tuesday night baking/10

Pistachio quick bread. Very similar to pistachio muffins but less fuss.

Those look great. I used to purchase pistachio muffins at the local grocery, and they are yummy. I imagine homemade are much better.

I rarely bake, but I did today, as I made 3 cakes for mother's day (wife, mother and MIL), with the little one. I told her it was a secret, and when her mother arrived hime, the first thing she said was "momma, we made cake".
