212.2 body weight and did 22 reps yesterday
I'm about medium happy with this number, would like to get up to 30+ again
My all time PR is 35 in a row and I was heavier too

Truely dead hang as in full lock out of the shoulder and elbow joint with a slight pause on the bottom, probably 15.
95% range of motion, did 24 yesterday at 185 pounds.
Very skeptical of your numbers OP as I've never seen anyone over 200lbs bang out 20+ with clean form, srs.

3, all time was 5. Those 22 that you did, was it all one set? Or with breaks in between?
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I stop at 23 just because that's all I need for max score in the Marine Corps Fitness Test but I'm sure I can hit 30

Op: my max is like 10, but I was also closer to 200lbs when that was happening not 300 lol

Anyone whose height starts with a 5 should put an asterisk beside anything related to bodyweight and exercise

But on the other hand, you're so unathletic that you can't dunk a basketball at whatever height you're at.
