when the titanic sunk, how did the people on life boats reach shore?

im sure it was freezing and middle of the ocean. how did the survivors reach to land?

just did a little research

New York
The survivors of the Titanic were taken to New York

The Carpathia, which was the ship that came to the Titanic's rescue, managed to save 705 people. On board the Carpathia, these people were taken directly to New York from the scene of the disaster.

They didn't, they were rescued by ships sent there.

Most people know this I think but still interesting, I think it was also the carpathiea that was like "yall need help?" And titanic was like "nah bro I'm unsinkable"

And carpathia was like "eeehrm...you need help."

And titanic was like "get off me bro I said I'm fine! Be on your way"
