1) He can't unilaterally close the border. It will end up being a deal similar to the one Biden already has on the table that Trump is blocking.
2) I am sure he will drill more and exacerbate climate change concerns, but Biden also has been drilling more due to the war in Ukraine.
3) Trump will pardon his political henchmen so they can attempt a second coup on his behalf should he choose to try again? Great.
