scary chit brahs. why did we have to make nukes

Nukes were going to happen one way or another...

Had we (Americans) not succeeded first there is a fair chance Germany would have and we would all be speaking German right now.

What is even scarier to think about is an Ohio-Class submarine can carry up to 24 Trident II sub launched missiles... each of which can carry up to 12 nuclear warheads which could theoretically deliver up to 288 nuclear warheads... EACH of which is an estimated 30 times more explosive than the OG bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima in 1945..

The U.S. has 18 Ohio-class subs which is largest of the 4 different classes currently in service... All of which carry nuclear warheads!!

And this is JUST the U.S.!!! How many does Russia... China.... etc. etc... have lurking around in the depths??

One of these subs could easily wipe out large portions of any countries population at the push of a button.
