Just got an inbody scan (GTFIH)

Last one I did was June of last year

So 9 month progress

Cut has been very slow at 2 lbs a month, I haven’t been taking it seriously

Was 190 lbs back then at 23.1% bf

Current weight is 172.4 15.3% bf

Although I feel fatter since I still have a belly

Skeletal muscle mass went from 83.8 to 83.1

Does that mean I didn’t lose muscle during my cut cuz that’s good
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

InBody is pretty accurate. Good job getting one done. Price has dropped drastically, you can get like 10 packs for $50 now.
