So, I came upon this anonymous guy's physique. It is one of the best I've seen. Very attractive. Incredibly aesthetic, proportion, immaculate insertions, etc.

I know it's too late in life for me to get anything like this physique. I think at best, with all obstacles removed, maybe I can get like 2/3 of the way there.

Is a body like this achievable "naturally"? Can you get it with really good diet, great physical training, creatine, multivitamins, pre-workout, omega 3, protein powder, etc, but with no actual "cycles"? If it takes cycles, how many of what kind for how long? How long from "skinny fat" to something like this if someone is like 20? How close can I get to this in 3 years if I am about to turn 50?
