There's too many variables at play to make a concrete decision.
whats the arena like? is it a giant gladiator stadium? or are they all in the forest/jungle/woods/desert/a giant cruise ship in the middle of the ocean/an abandoned Eastern block neighborhood in Russia? Are there means of protection for the navy seals, buildings to hide in? is it day or night?
Also are they battling tournament style? ex, bears vs tigers, then if the tigers win they go up against the navy seals etc etc. or is it a massive free for all brawl but the animals are cognizant enough to fight as a team?

Probably the 10 spartans if I'm being honest
The navy seal simply doesn't have any support. The MMA fighters have no weapons. The dday troops have numbers but the spartans could sit back and pick them off with arrows. Likewise the tigers and bears could be fought from a distance and aren't smart enough to perform a coordinated attack.
If anything does get close they have shields and unlike the navy seal they can support each other from attacks from all angles. Just be mindful where the snakes are and don't let any sneak up on you.

Way i see it.
Only one whos taking out the grizzlys is the navy seal.
But the navy seal gets clapped by dday or spartan boys.
Spartans might get the bears if its a large open space

I just saw the poll and went with 1 bear going against 1 unarmed whatever.
If its with the #'s and weapons, I would go Spartans. They are working as a team, covering and using ranged weapons.
Trying to drop 5 bears with arrows.. that's going to be a bad day for several Spartans.
