If I were an ultra-rich elite, I'd turn Haiti into a "Smart Island"

Step 1) Relocate all those Haitian cannibal gangsters to red US states, Canada, Europe and Aus
Step 2) Build a futuristic green "Smart City" complete with bunkers
Step 3) Instigate a global economic meltdown
Step 4) Disrupt raw materials, gas and food supply chains
Step 5) Sit back, relax and watch the plebs riot and burn down the West

I'm deporting ALL of those cannibal gangsters OUT of Haiti, probably gonna send them to some red Midwest state.

Ruling over Haiti will be easy since I'm only gonna allow my super elite buddies to enter my new futuristic Smart Island... I might let in a few ****** as service and wait staff to serve myself and my rich buddies.

Blockade the whole island, send all North and South American criminals that have earned a year 5 or more prison term there. Let them fight it out “Escape From New York” style. Make sure no one ever gets off the island.
