Anxiety Supps?

Stupid Tourette Syndrome I have sometimes caues other issues with sleep and ADHD and OCD and anxiety is the worst one. I don't want anything addictive, so I want to try Ashwaganda or something.

You guys ever find a legit OTC supp for anxiety?

take a non-addictive first gen antihistamine for this purpose instead of what is typically prescribed srs

Ashwagandha kinda helps.

Maybe Gaba? L-Theanine but that makes you sleepy and I take it before bedtime.





Not much OTC helps with that, gotta get rx for that (beta blockers, *****, etc)

Theres many rx ones.

From Hydroxyzine (meh), to tizanidide (dry mouth AF), can't remember the others, but none of them are all that great for anything, which is why they aren't often prescribed.


The only things that actually work for anxiety are things like *****, and benzos like that, but harder and harder to get prescribed.


SO there really is no great anti anxiety supps or meds any more
