I was assured it was over for Drumpf, did it happen yet?
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Sure he is.

Trump's health is deteriorating rapidly, especially with all his wealth being confiscated from him, so it may not even be necessary though.

The man should just get out while he can, but his low self esteem, and other host of mental illnesses won't allow him, and will be very costly for him very soon.

Not gonna lie, TL;DR

Who? I just learned who Jackie Smith was a couple of months ago, solely through this subforum. I don't know how you guys keep up with every micro detail of certain topics. The soap opera every day details fog my brain, and I'm someone who pays attention way more than the average person.

He isn't going to be assassinated. He doesn't fall in the realm of somebody that important to have to resort to those types of tactics.

Trump is an idiot. He isn't a JFK.

She made both sides write a set of jury instructions based on this
"(b) A president has sole authority under the PRA to categorize records as personal or
presidential during his/her presidency. Neither a court nor a jury is permitted to make or
review such a categorization decision. Although there is no formal means in the PRA by
which a president is to make that categorization, an outgoing president's decision to exclude what he/she considers to be personal records from presidential records transmitted to the National Archives and Records Administration constitutes a president's categorization of those records as personal under the PRA.

And you honestly think that this third rate Trumper judge is going to outsmart the SC with these types of lame actions? lol

And all charges are just going to vanish?

I know you said Fani was going to be removed.

How'd that work out.

Fanni- i'm the one that didn't want her removed, remember?

The more important part is how many hearings Cannon had for this - and how long it takes.

No verdict before election - sorry sir

After these are done, she's not going to do the hearing on disqualifying JACK Smith- based on improper appointment motion

One more note - my son is currently in law school - so this has been a pretty interesting conversation piece.

Especially with all the various professors and visiting judges.

One heckuva time to be in law school

They are more focused on the Chevron stuff though

There’s a thought that Cannon might issue an order to dismiss based on selective prosecution. Jack Smith would of course appeal but it would be guaranteed a dead case until well after the election.

He is a pretty accomplished guy for sure- it is completely baffling as to why they put him in charge without being prior congressionally approved- possibly causing all these cases to get thrown out later.

They could've just put in an a proper congressionally approved person in charge and then hired him. Literally any US attorney would've worked.

The prior special council at some point had been congressionally approved officers by Congress

Including Durham

Remember when Meese tried to cover up Iran-Contra? He's doing it again lmfao. Once a crook, always a crook.
Did you also read the 2nd link argument filed by Trump team?

It might not ever get to that argument - idk - could be over before we get to it

If it does come up, it would eventually have to be a scotus call

Sometimes you get a judge that favors you and sometimes you don't. This looks like it will stall out, but none of this will matter if Trump doesn't win the election. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Georgia will still matter -eventually - even if he wins the election.

No pardon- Trump can't drop it himself

It's crucial that Fanni Willis / Fulton da team - stay in charge and they don't get a legit prosecution team.
