I think it's odd how despite all these advancements in medical technology life spans are getting shorter.

Fasting is the fukking truuufff!
Like almost a cheat code........so it makes sense that the MSM would want people to be afraid of it/think it's bad for you.....Cant have a healthy, clear minded population, not good for big pharma/insurance/medical.

They're also going after vitamin d supplements.
The lolziest one has to go on the BBC's website in an article about food to raise testosterone. They tell you you should avoid things like red meat, eggs and milk and instead replace them with things such as imitation meat, egg substitute and soy milk. Also say you should avoid animal fat and replace it with vegetable oil, which is seriously unideal for testosterone. I'm genuinely not sure how they even got away with posting that article.

GET YOUR JABS
SUGAR IS GOOD
FAT IS BAD
EAT YOUR BUGS
ignore these big pharma paid for media outlets. Yeah we fast every day when we go to bed. I guess everyone should wakeup at 3am to eat a cupcake for their heart lol

When they have these headlines, always go directly to the study that they reference and read the details and conclusions, then compare it to their "headlines"

Your goal is to fact check what they claim and observe what they are doing in their article, isn't that right, Anachrony?
