Not common. But heart disease is a major issue for people going into their 20's 30's and up.
When I stopped being active for a couple of months and played nothing but vid games, I could feel my bones weaken and having chest pains when sitting down. All through out HS and after graduating I was very active playing bball but in my mid 20's I started gaming alot and slowing down.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
