Guys Who Wear Eyeglasses, How Many Pairs Do You Own?
Do you have more than one in case something happens to one? Or you just keep one?

One brah. Do you know how expensive glasses are in the U.S. without insurance? My eye doctor wanted $400 srs. Even frames from the discount bin were $50 minimum and you had to pay extra for the lenses (and they didn’t fit right). I stopped buying from them years ago and switched to Zenni. Problem is they’re cheap pieces of chit and you have to measure your pupillary distance at home, which is never totally accurate. So if I glance too far to the left or right it’s blurry lmao.
Normal people can’t afford multiple pairs of glasses unless they’re upper middle class or have great insurance from work.
I wear contacts 90% of the time though and they’re superior anyway.

I've never been able to do contacts so I am limited to just paying the outrageous prices for prescription sunglasses. You can go off brand lenses and have them made to save money, but every time I've gone that route they don't fit the frame or the polarization isn't aligned correctly.

I have 2 that are my current prescription and I might have a few older ones. I usually keep one in my car, even if its an older one. I wear contacts day to day so the only thing is if I have a contact fall out then I am legally blind so even an older prescription will be enough to allow me to drive to get home.

I have 3 Oakley frames I keep in rotation for everyday driving & Outdoor activity use. Since they will eventually get beat up I've been buying replacement lenses fromhttps://www.revantoptics.com/which work well.
I may have 1 or 2 pairs of more "stylish" glasses at any given time for a specific outing or something. Right now its just 1 pair of Rayban aviators which I never wear.
