Fking bullchit

I know it's probably just glycogen refilling but even on maintenance calories and five days of no lifting from bronchitis they mog what they look like when I'm full gymcel mode.

How do I keep them full but lift 6 days a week? They seem way too over responsive to carbs and physical activity

Less lifting = more time to fap

Fapping is the ultimate forearm builder

So it actually makes a lot of sense
